Some agencies will design and develop a new website, train their client on how to use the CMS and then walk away. We feel providing long term support to all our clients is really important. So once we have redesigned and developed your new website we are here for the long term to provide website support for you as and when you need it.

Some organisations can be so difficult to get hold of or never reply to emails etc, but we have dedicated Account Managers who provide a high level of client service to make sure if you have an issue or problem that we are about and availible to help assit you.

We also have dedicated website support managers who know the Content Management System inside out. If you Account Manager or Website support manager can't help fix your issue then we have a developmeny team of 6 developers availbile to help.

We charge a monthly fee which ensures we can provide our clients with a good level of service on an on-going basis, so we get back to you quickly, fix any problems that come up on the site, and help support you and your team should you not be able to work out how to do something in the CMS.

In summary the monthly cost covers the following (We offer a discount to charities with our monthly fees):

  - Unlimited email and phone support for all the administrators of your website

  - Regular backups of data on the website

  - CMS software upgrades

  - Website hosting

So with these things in place and our commitment to helping our clients goes very much beyond delivering the intial website. We are here for the long term to support you with your website and provide you with a platform to build your online presence.
