Amos Trust promotes justice and hope for forgotten communities. Amos works with a network of community projects from around the world to raise awareness of, and provide support to responses that address the route causes of injustice and poverty.
Amos works with a wide cross section of organizations and individuals in the UK, playing a key role in raising awareness of the issues, developing campaigns and in lobbying for change.
One of the Amos Trust projects is called 'A Just Peace for Palestine'. For the last 20 years Amos has worked in partnership with a wide number of Jewish, Muslim and Christian peace groups, from Israel, Palestine, the UK and North America. They seek to raise awareness of the devastating impact of: the wall, settlements blocks and travel restrictions upon Palestinian life, particularly within the Bethlehem area. They see this as a key feature of promoting a just and long lasting peace.
Whitebox Digital worked together with Amos Trust, Wilf Whitty, and Ben White to deliver a new campagn website for www.justpeaceforpalestine.org.
We worked together with Wilf in producing the design, and then built the HTML/CSS as well as implemented the Backend programming work to put the site into our Content Management System for writer Ben White and the client to update as necessary.
