Establish your client's requirements
Your agency account team, the client (if appropriate) and a White Box Digital producer review and define your client's requirements.
Indentify resources required
Establish the resources and technologies required to meet the brief, agree on a resource plan and identify those areas in which White Box Digital will need to provide expertise.
Write a proposal
Your agency account team write the proposal – with input from White Box Digital if and where needed – outlining the project tasks and milestones.
Throughout the project
If we are recruited to manage the project, we will continually monitor its progression to ensure that best practise and the highest standards of quality are met at all levels and by all resources allocated to the project.
If your agency is managing the project, every White Box Digital professional that is working with you will also have access to our internal expertise for the duration of the project.
Launch, learn and evolve
Once a project has been launched, we will analyse the success of our collaboration with your agency and present our findings to you and – if required – your client. This review will include a survey of your staff to gather feedback on how successful they felt the partnership was.
