As soon as a trainee has completed one industry-recognised certification, demonstrated a good work ethic and attitude, took part in a community project and also demonstrated good timekeeping and attendance, our outplacement team will help them look for a work placement.
As well as looking for work placements whilst trainees are with us – we also look for them after they have completed our programmes and they are still looking for work. This is all part of our commitment as a business to tackle long-term unemployment by helping people find sustainable employment.

"Gaining a work placement into the HR department of a business is giving me the experience and skills which will allow me to move into future opportunities with confidence."
Yvonne May, on work placement in HR Support
"Working in client services has reinforced my confidence and people skills. I have learnt a lot about the importance of communication and being able to get on with people from different backgrounds"
Jamie McNamee, on work placement in Client Services
