As well as providing services to help trainees find work placements, we also provide a free recruitment service to small and medium-sized organisations looking to hire. Additionally we are also building relationships with recruitment companies to access additional channels to employment opportunities.
When an employment opportunity has been found we are then able to represent our trainees as a reference for what they have achieved on our programme. As we have spent a minimum of eight weeks with every trainee in our offices we can truly vouch for them on both a personal and professional level.
