3SC was established to bid for large public sector contracts on behalf of voluntary and civil society organisations. 3SC is a social enterprise, formed by a partnership of ten civil society organisations who bring expertise in the delivery of a wide range of public services, and also their commitment to securing a long term opportunity for the sector to compete in this market.
3SC contracted Whitebox Digital to deliver 173 6-month apprenticeships in 6 towns and cities in England. These were Skelmersdale, Newcastle, Worcester, London, Guildford and Eastbourne.
The first 129 apprenticeships launched in February 2010 and the second 44 apprenticeships launched in December 2010 and finish in June 2011
